About Me
Hi, I’m Thao, the new owner of Contours Salon and MedSpa and a board-certified nurse practitioner. My journey began in healthcare, where I spent over a decade specializing in hematology and oncology. Caring for patients through some of life’s most challenging times taught me a profound lesson: wellness is more than just physical health—it’s how we feel about ourselves every day.
That understanding led me to make a meaningful career shift—from clinical care to wellness care. When the opportunity arose to take ownership of Contours, it felt like a natural extension of my passion for helping people feel their best, inside and out. This space is where beauty meets wellness, and where self-care is seen as essential, not indulgent.

Hi, I’m Hieu, co-owner of Contours Salon and MedSpa, and I’m proud to be part of this new chapter alongside my wife, Thao. While my professional background may not be in beauty or wellness, I bring something just as important to the table—my experience as an actuary, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning.
Behind the scenes, I focus on keeping the business running smoothly so our amazing team can continue doing what they do best: helping you feel your absolute best. From budgeting and operations to long-term growth, I’m here to make sure Contours stays strong, sustainable, and ready to serve our community for years to come.
What drew me to this journey was more than just numbers—it was the opportunity to support a space where people come to recharge, feel good, and take time for themselves. That means a lot to me.
